Three levels · Different depth
Each level has a defined purpose: T0 teaches structured workplace observation, T1 prepares practitioners to operate it, and T2 develops complete-report interpretation.

Structured observation for managers
A one-day practical course on describing workplace behaviour, distinguishing observation from interpretation, and planning a clear next step. No VS1 subscription is required.
A shared observation vocabulary, a reference mat and a 21-day workplace observation task.
VITALIS™ Foundation — Certificate of Completion
T0 teaches observation, not scoring. It does not disclose anchored levels, scoring formulas or flag mechanisms. There is no certification assessment at this level, and completion does not permit independent VS1 operation or complete-report interpretation.

Evidence, scoring and direct VS1 operation
T1 teaches practitioners to turn observed work into an evidence-based reading that another trained person can inspect.
VITALIS™ T1 — Certificate of Completion

Complete-report interpretation and applied analysis
T2 develops the judgement needed to interpret the complete report, its deeper analyses and the next management question.
VITALIS™ T2 — Certificate of Completion
Taking the T2 certification assessment is optional. Independent complete-report interpretation requires the T2 certification standard to be passed.
Where no certified interpreter is available internally, AERTHEIX or an authorised interpreter may provide the interpretation.
A private cohort can give managers a common evidence standard without requiring every participant to hold the same operating role.
Dates, cohort size, language, role examples and delivery format may be tailored. Capability-axis examples may also be aligned to the organisation and its industry without changing the fixed VITALIS™ architecture or assessment standard.
Every participant who completes the programme receives the applicable Certificate of Completion. A participant who has not yet certified may contribute observations, take part in calibration and prepare draft records for review. Entering scores and finalising an official reading requires the applicable certification, active status and organisational permission.
An unsuccessful certification result does not describe the participant as a poor manager. It means only that the standard for independent VITALIS™ operation or interpretation has not yet been demonstrated.

The 2027 Early Access List provides programme dates, formats and complete terms before enrolment or system access opens.
Registration involves no payment and creates no obligation on either side. It records what you would like to understand so that AERTHEIX can provide the relevant programme, enterprise or system-access information when it becomes available.

No. Foundation teaches observation practices that managers can use without a VS1 subscription. Completing the course does not grant independent VS1 operating rights. Read the full T0 course outline.
Yes. T2 interprets readings produced under the T1 evidence and scoring standard, so the T1 programme comes first. Current T1 active status is also required for independent live-system operation.
T0, T1 and T2 programmes are planned for H1 2027. Initial VS1 system access is planned for approximately Q2 2027. Dates remain subject to final readiness and will be released through the Early Access List.
Pricing has not yet been published. The complete schedule—including tuition, assessment, calibration and licence terms—will be released together rather than in parts.
