Privacy

How we handle personal information.

This page covers aertheix.com, the 2027 Early Access form and email you send us. The collection statement gives the details that apply when you register.

We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. To deliver and protect the website, our hosting provider Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested.

Website fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads.

Our registration forms collect your name, work email, organisation, role, the number of people you manage or support, the interests you select, your message, an optional telephone number and whether you would like to hear about future programmes and services.

We use this to respond to you, send information about the programmes you selected when it is published, plan suitable arrangements and keep the form secure. Full details are in the collection statement.

Cloudflare hosts the website, stores registrations in its D1 database, runs the Turnstile security check and delivers notification email. Our email service provider holds correspondence. Providers act on our instructions and may process data outside Hong Kong.

We do not sell or rent personal data.

Registrations travel over HTTPS, are validated on the server and are stored in a database that only AERTHEIX can access. If we become aware of a problem affecting your information, we will review it and act promptly.

If you ask to be kept informed, your details stay on our contact list until you ask to be removed; we review the list at least every two years. Otherwise, a registration is kept until we have sent the information you asked for and deleted within 12 months after that. Email correspondence is reviewed 12 months after the last substantive exchange.

You may request access to, or correction of, your personal data, or withdraw a registration, by writing to the Data Protection Officer, AERTHEIX Advisory, at [email protected]. We will respond within 40 days.

VS1 assessment records and employee data are held in a separate system, under terms agreed with each participating organisation. This website is not used to collect them.

We will update this page when our practices change. Last updated 13 October 2026. The English version prevails.

Only what you choose to send. Used for what you asked about.
