What we collect, and why.

AERTHEIX Advisory (“AERTHEIX”, “we”), based in Hong Kong, collects and controls the personal data described here. We handle it in line with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).

On our registration forms (the 2027 Early Access List and the T0 Foundation interest form): your full name, work email, organisation, role, the number of people you manage or support, the programmes or routes you select, your message and, if you choose, a telephone number.

Each form also offers an optional “Keep me informed” choice. We record whether you ticked it, and when.

With each registration we also record the date and time, the page you registered from and the version of this statement you confirmed.

If you write by email, we receive the information you choose to include.

Providing information is voluntary. The required fields are needed to process a registration; without them we cannot record your interest. Telephone is optional. You may write to [email protected] instead of using the form.

• to reply to your registration or enquiry;
• to send you information about the programmes or routes you selected — dates, format, pricing and terms — when they are published (programmes are currently planned for H1 2027);
• to plan suitable arrangements, such as a private cohort for a team or an organisation’s system-access route;
• to keep the form secure and prevent misuse;
• to keep a record of the statement you confirmed;
• if you tick “Keep me informed”, to send you information about future AERTHEIX training programmes, assessment tools and people-management advisory services.

Without that tick, we use your information only for the interest you registered. We do not sell or rent personal data.

Service providers who act on our instructions: Cloudflare (website hosting, database storage, the security check and email delivery) and our email service provider. We may also disclose information where the law requires it. These providers may store or process data outside Hong Kong.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a submission comes from a person. To do this, Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical information about your browser. Your IP address is used only for this check; it is not saved with your registration.

If you tick “Keep me informed”, we keep your details on our contact list until you ask to be removed, and we review the list at least every two years.

If you do not, we keep your registration until we have sent the programme information you asked for, and delete it, with the related notification email, within 12 months after that.

You can withdraw your registration, or opt out of updates, at any time.

You have the right to request access to, and correction of, your personal data, and to withdraw your registration. Write to the Data Protection Officer, AERTHEIX Advisory, at [email protected]. We will respond within 40 days. As the Ordinance permits, a fee that is not excessive may be charged for a copy of the data.

Course enrolment, pre-course activities and course records will be covered by a separate statement provided at enrolment.

Employee records and identifiable observation records move only under separately agreed terms covering purpose, access, retention, notice to the people concerned and correction. Please keep them out of the form and first emails.
