Correspondence is voluntary.
This release does not publish a form or activate a subscription flow. A person who chooses to write may still send personal information, so that correspondence has a defined boundary.
An enquiry may contain a sender name, email address, employer, message and any information the sender chooses to include.
AERTHEIX uses voluntary correspondence to respond to an enquiry, check deployment fit, maintain correspondence security and administer a requested relationship. It is not added to a mailing or marketing list without a separate affirmative choice.
Do not send employee records, sensitive personal data or identifiable observation evidence in an initial enquiry. Those materials require separately agreed terms before they move.
An initial enquiry is closed and removed within 12 months after the last substantive correspondence unless it proceeds into a separately governed deployment or contract. Access and correction requests can be made through [email protected].
The mailbox provider and relevant processor class will be named here before this preview becomes a production release. Until then, the contact route is for review only.
Nothing is collected by form. Everything received is correspondence a person chose to send.
